Where is my information kept?

 Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you have not purchased products from us via our website or have simply requested information from our company. Then your personal data will be stored within the Mailchimp platform which is our email provider of choice. Any paper records containing your data are shredded or in the case of long term customer relationships stored in a locked cupboard until such times you the customer or ourselves terminates further business relations. If you are a long term customer, your data will also be recorded electronically within the Xero accounting platform which is  protected by passwords and ID access only available to designated employees at Stapling and Nailing Supplies. The same applies for Shopify and Mailchimp software.

How do I withdraw my consent?
