127mm Mandrex BI-METAL FineXcut M42 8% Cobalt Hole Saw inc adapter
HSS Extra Fine Tooth Bi-metal Hole Saw manufactured in an M42 grade steel with fine vario pitched teeth for smooth cutting in thin metal sheets, thin pipes, steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal. The special tooth style provides a smooth cut, also on irregular surfaces.
Long lasting Extra Fine tooth Bi-metal Hole Saw with unique ejection holes for extra chip release and weight reduction. Hardened steel, in combination with our special tooth geometry, provides the smoothest cut requiring less feed pressure.

- 8/12 variable teeth for clean edges (8 teeth per inch)
- Specifically for thin metal plate
- Bi-metal with 8% cobalt alloy for a longer lifetime
- Cutting depth 38mm (1-1/2")
- Smooth cutting with minimal heat build up
- Suitable for use in electric and battery powered tools

Mandrex Extra Fine Tooth Bi-Metal Hole Saw are constructed of hardened, heat and abrasion resisting high speed steel teeth with a tough M42 8% Cobalt alloy body and cap. This gives them excellent strength, durability and shatter resistance. They will cut mild steel, aluminium, stainless, 4130 and T45. The perfect solution fine tooth hole saws to prevent snagging on thin gauge materials.
These 8/12 tpi (teeth per inch) are perfect for tube notchers for customers that are notching tubes of 16 gauge (1.5mm) or thinner where the courser tooth versions in 6 tpi such as Starrett's can grab.
