BeA 95 Series Flat Wire Staples
BeA 95 Series Flat Wire Staples
Description
BeA 95 Series Flat Wire Staples, available in a range of leg lengths (4-16mm) and finishes (Galvanised and Stainless Steel).
Sometimes difficult to acquire in the UK, the BeA 95 Series Staples are stocked right here in our Midlands based warehouse and available for next day delivery at the click of a button!
The versatile 95 Series Staples can be used for BOTH upholstery and packaging applications.
Firstly, if you're running a BeA 95/16-425 Short Nose Stapler, these staples are what you need and are perfect for fastening fabrics, polymers (and a whole load more materials) directly to timber. With a crown width of 11.8mm, they're very similar to our 50 Series staples (12mm crown) but 50 Series are round wire instead of being flat wire. The truth is that flat wire staples, like BeA's 95 Series, will provide a better hold but if you'd rather not purchase the professional BeA specific tool, something like the common 71 Series Staples might be better suited to you as there are budget tooling options available.
Secondly, if you're running a BeA 95/16-418 Plier Stapler, these staples are what you need and are perfect for a range of cardboard packaging applications. Using the staples with this tool means that the legs fold in on each other and close around the material(s) like a 'typical' office stapler. The anvil on the BeA 95/16-418 provides a base for the staples to push against and so they're ideal for erecting and holding flat packed boxes together or even fixing additional protective plastics to cardboard cartons.
We have BeA 95 Series Flat Wire Staples available in leg lengths ranging from 4mm through to 16mm in both Galvanised and Stainless Steel finishes.
Galvanised staples are better suited to general indoor use and are the most budget friendly option as they provide little to no protection against corrosion. Grade 304 Stainless Steel on the other hand we'd recommend for any outdoor uses like upholstering boats. If you're unsure which finish is best suited to your application, give our article a read, 'Do you really need to use Stainless Steel?'.
