Joist Hanger Nails are sometimes known as:

The tools that use these Joist Hanger Framing Nails are coincidingly designed and manufactured to ensure that when fully loaded, the tip of the twist nail protrudes out of the nose of the tool. In doing so, this innovative feature makes it really easy to locate the nail in the holes of metal connecting joist hangers.

On top of these intricate design considerations, to absolutely make certain that Joist Hanger Nails operate in a safe and efficient manner, they're heat treated (hot dipped) to reduce nail bending when driven into metal hardware.

Don't be put off by the varying angles of collation by the way! Metal Connecting finish nailers have a tolerance of 30-34 degrees so any joist hanger nails collated at a degree between these tolerances will work with most tools on the market.

  • Tacwise: Hot Dipped Galv Ring Shank 3.75/38mm (3k)
  • Spotnails: Hot Dipped Galv Screw Shank 3.8/38mm (5k)
  • Spotnails: Hot Dipped Galv Ring Shank 4.0/40mm (2.4k)
