Here is the Rapid Battery Powered 53 Series Stapler (known also as the BTX530). This stapler is a bit of an underdog in the 53 Series range. People tend to be hesitant as it is not as powerful as some of the air-powered tools – but don’t let this put you off! Power isn’t everything, and for many applications such as furniture upholstery and carpet fitting, the BTX530 is the perfect tool!

As well as this stapler being robust for workshop use, you will not be tied down by any cables or airlines, giving you the freedom to take the stapler wherever you please. Powered by a 7.2 Li-Ion battery, each full charge is enough to drive around 1300 staples – it charges pretty quickly too! It also comes with a handy plastic case for transporting on and off-site.
